BE YOURSELF

We do so much to be accepted by others.

When we are born, we are innocent, unspoiled children , but , when we grow up, the outside World tells us how we are supposed to be and what we should do. What is good and what is bad, what is nice and what is not nice. And we are changing, not for ourselves, but for the others.

We strive to be accepted, to be loved. We are creating many layers of our personalities- some for friends, some for work, some for parents and so on. Indeed, sooner or later, we forget, who we really are as , in the end, we have so many masks and so many layers. We do not live our own lives and we live our lives in order to be accepted.

But to be honest, we can never make everyone happy and we will never be accepted by everyone. Some people can find something to criticise in everything. The person who wants to blame someone can always find fault in him/her.

So stop living for others, and live for yourself. BE YOURSELF and LOVE YOURSELF. As you have no one else to grow up with.

And if someone doesn't like you, it is not your problem, but hers or his.

See you at 7 pm on Sunday and I will email some practice exercises soon.
